Beat the heat and stay healthy & safe with few simple tips:

Drink water & keep hydrated, don’t wait until you are thirsty
Avoid peak times- stay indoors during the hottest time of the day from 10AM- 4PM if possible
Keep cool- wear light material and loose fitting clothing
Protect your skin- seek shade and apply sunscreen before going outdoors. Reapply every 2 hours
Wear sunglasses and hats to protect your skin and eyes
Eat light meals as salads and fruit, avoid heavy meals
